Q: Do you keep items in stock?

Most items are custom, however, there are special items under our , in our Gallary, that will be available to purchase outright.

Q: How do I place an order?

Placing an order is simple:

Click the “start my custom arrangement” button.

Fill out a short form with your details and what you’re looking for.

Book a time that works for you to talk with us.

Once you book, we’ll connect with you to go over your arrangement, confirm details, and make sure everything is exactly how you want it before we create it.

Q: How far should I order in advance?

It is advisable to provide advance notice, particularly when placing large order(s) during holidays. To ensure deliverability, a 1 to 2 week notice is advisable.

Q: Do you accept rush orders?

Rush orders can be accommodated depending on the context of the situation and if it would be realistically possible with current availability.

If you find yourself in a situation where you need a rush order, please mention it in the notes section of our custom arrangement form. These requests will need to be reviewed and confirmed.

Do you require a Deposit?

Orders above $500 require a deposit of 50% the total amount before work begins on the design.
